Photography is a wonderful hobby or art. If you look at the works of some of the greatest photographers, you will see each focuses on and captures images differently. This itself is a great lesson in valuing your own uniqueness. There are always going to be others that find you beautiful or the way you go through life beautiful.

Open the picture gallery on your phone or start snapping pictures of people and things you are drawn to. Ask, what do I find beautiful? And, don’t be afraid to tell others you find them beautiful. Giving a complement has a way of benefiting both the giver and receiver.
