Friendship Goals
The best friendships come from knowing who you are and using your strengths to help others. There are so many quizzes in on the internet that claim they can tell us who our “one true self” is, but which one should you choose?
It is important that when you are looking for a quiz to take, you find one that is going to help you learn about yourself. One that is on a site that shows you the research behind the quiz itself and not just the first one on Google. So as fun as finding out which character from Gossip Girl you are or which Riverdale character is your spirit animal, there’s nothing in these that will help you to learn about yourself and build greater relationships with your friends and families.
Here are some suggestions to help you learn more about yourself, and in turn you can use that information to strengthen the bonds with others around you.
“When you discover your greatest strengths, you learn to use them to handle stress and life challenges, become happier, and develop relationships with those who matter most to you.”
“Everyone experiences love differently, and it’s easy to miss the mark when it comes to showing that you care. With a little help from The 5 Love Languages®, you can learn to identify the root of your conflicts, give and receive love in more meaningful ways, and grow closer than ever. Your Love Language profile will explain your primary love language, what it means, and how you can use it to connect to others.”
“The test on this site will give you feedback about your personality on two levels. First, you will receive scores on the 27 personality dimensions that were identified through statistical analyses of 300,000 SAPA participants. Then we will also give you scores on the so-called Big Five factors of personality plus an overall cognition score.”
